Please read before purchasing commissions/adoptables/physical products from Marciichu. It is the customer's job to read all information and ask questions before making a purchase.
Outline are the terms agreed upon and are contracted at the time of purchase.

Commissions

Rights to art: Marciichu reserves all rights to finished piece including but not limited to- posting online, printing and selling of finished piece. Customer reserves rights to repost art (with credits) and use art for PERSONAL use such as icons, banners, and websites. Customer MAY NOT sell commission commercially. Art commissions to be sold commercially shall be discussed and priced differently than personal art commissions.

Rights to Characters: All rights to characters belong to respective owners. Marciichu claims no rights to characters drawn for other people.

Payment: Payments may be made through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. Commissions must be fully paid for before final piece is started. For larger commissions ($100 +), payment plans are available and at least 50% of total is needed to start the commission. Once piece has started, there is no refunds. Only transaction errors may be reprocessed.

Time of Completion: Time of completion will vary between pieces. For example, a sketch may take less than a week to finish, whereas paintings may take up to 2 months. Please check #progress tab for updates.

Edit requests: Full pieces may have up to 2 edit requests (1 time at sketch and 1 time before being colored). For any sized piece, a sketch preview may be requested when discussing commission info. Finished pieced will NOT be edited (unless small changes that are doable such as changing the color of a marking).

What you need to start a commission: Please have a reference sheet ready. Marciichu will not accept commissions without a reference sheet readily available. Reference sheet must have clear descriptions and color references. Also please have poses, expressions, ect. in mind or be ready to give Marciichu creative rights to draw your character as she sees fit.

Other information: Marciichu is a SFW artist. Please check artist info for what she will or will not draw.

Commission Prices

All prices are base price for only one character. Final price will vary depending on the complexity of the character(s). All base prices also include a simple, flat colored or transparent background. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Installment plans are available upon request on larger pieces. Full payment is to be fullfilled before the final piece is posted. After the piece has been started, no refunds.

☆ What do you use to draw? ☆
I use Paint Tool Sai with my Wacom tablet for my laptop. I also use Medibang with my apple pen 2 on my Ipad.

☆ What do you use to make stickers? ☆
I use prinatable cricut vinyl which I laminate for extra protection. All my stickers are cut individually by hand.

☆ How do you print your artwork? ☆
All my art is printed with my Canon Pixma Pro 10.

☆ What types of shipping meathods do you offer? ☆
I have several options available.
• Air Mail (regular envelopes) is FREE shipping available for small items like stickers. Packaged with card stock and clear plastic pouch for protection.
• Standard First Class - small bubble envelopes $4 Flat rate
• other methods will vary depending on weight

☆ Do you ship internationally? ☆
Yes! I can do international shipping per request. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.

☆ Can I combine my orders? ☆
I encourage combining orders to save on shipping. Please let me know in advanced. If the order is still PENDING, you can still combine the order. The order is no longer eligible for combining once it has already been sealed and processed for shipping.
